Good questions
Before you book, here's what patients ask
How much does a visit cost, and will I get an estimate first?
Cost depends on what you need — a routine cleaning is very different from a crown. We always give you a clear estimate before any treatment begins, and we walk through it so there are no surprises on the bill. If cost is a concern, tell us up front and we'll prioritize what matters most.
Do you accept my insurance?
We accept most major dental insurance plans and we file the claim for you so you're not chasing paperwork. Give us a call with your plan details and our front desk will verify your coverage before your visit. If you don't have insurance, ask us about payment options.
How soon can I get an appointment?
We keep same-day slots open for emergencies and typically have new-patient appointments available within the same week. The best way to find a time that fits your schedule is to call (615) 555-0119 or request an appointment online.
I get anxious at the dentist. How is Marigold different?
This is exactly who we built the studio for. We slow the pace down, explain every step before it happens, and never lecture you about time between visits. Tell us you're nervous when you book — it changes how we run your whole appointment.
What happens at my first visit?
We take digital images, do a gentle and unhurried exam, and then sit down and walk through what we see together on the screen. You'll leave with a clear plan and an honest cost estimate — no pressure to decide everything that day.
Do you see children and whole families?
Yes. Our hygiene team is genuinely good with wiggly, nervous kids as well as adults, and we love booking families together so you're not making five separate trips. From first teeth to lifelong patients, everyone's welcome.
I chipped a tooth or I'm in pain — can you see me today?
Call us early in the day and we'll do our best to fit you into a same-day slot to get you out of pain and sort a fix. Please note we're not a 24-hour emergency clinic, so reaching us during office hours gets you seen fastest.
How long does Invisalign take, and can I see the result first?
Timelines vary with how much movement your teeth need, but many cases run several months to a bit over a year. We map your treatment digitally so you can preview the finished smile before you commit, then hand you aligners you change on a set schedule. It's a discreet option for teens and adults alike.
What areas do you serve?
We're on Villa Place in Nashville and welcome patients from across Nashville and Davidson County — East Nashville, Green Hills, The Nations, and everywhere in between. If you can get to the studio, we're glad to see you.
What are your hours?
Hours can shift, so please call (615) 555-0119 for our current schedule and to grab the appointment slot that best fits your day. We'll always let you know the soonest time we can see you.
